- Authors may request cancellation before the review process begins.
- Once the article enters peer review, cancellation may not be permitted.
- After acceptance or publication, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
- Requests must be sent via registered email with proper details.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is approved before review.
- No refunds will be issued after peer review initiation.
- No refunds after article acceptance or publication.
- Transaction charges are non-refundable.
⚠️ Failed Transactions
If payment fails but amount is deducted, it will be auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.
